Sendero Midstream was formed in March 2014 by members of its management team and Energy Capital Partners (“ECP”), which together with affiliated funds, is a private equity firm with $19 billion of funds under management for investments in North America energy infrastructure. With this capital support, Sendero is focused on the Permian basin and continues to expand business around its natural gas gathering and processing complex in Eddy County, New Mexico.  As part of its expansion efforts, Sendero is building additional gathering and compression infrastructure and has recently received FERC approval to build a residue gas pipeline from the tailgate of its processing complex in New Mexico to Texas, providing customers downstream access to WAHA markets.

Sendero management has the industry knowledge and expertise to successfully build and operate midstream assets. Developed through many years of experience working within midstream and upstream segments of major energy companies, the team exhibits a full range of capabilities, including engineering, construction, operations, commercial and project management.
